Windows! Widescreen! Fullscreen! ARG! [27 Jun 2007|11:18pm]

Okay, I use "Windows Media Classic" to do my screen captures. It's simple. Pause and F5. The problem is that when capturing DVDs the wide screen captures come out too short and the full screen come out to wide!! Full and wide screen both save at 780x420. I CANNOT figure out how to fix this. Also, "Print Screen" doesn't work either, but I don't expect it to. I just want my wide screen wide and my full screen full! I'm tired of guessing to resize.

PLEASE HELP!

Hey all, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but it's driving me nuts:

Where do I find a good free program that will let me take screencaps when I watch DVDs on my laptop? I've mucked about with the Print Screen key as well as Wisdom Soft Screenhunter, but it doesn't work with images snagged from DVDs, which instead just become transparent. If you can recommend a good free DVD player program with a cap device built in, even better. Thanks.
